When it is reported by Ruth Walker (Guest Star Gail O'Grady, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES) that her two year-old granddaughter is missing, Detectives Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler investigate. After rounds of interrogation and a failed Amber Alert, Benson and Stabler believe that the prime suspect is none other than Sierra's young and irresponsible mother, Ashlee Walker (guest star Hilary Duff).
Set in the mid-80's when a reporter is sent to cover the Challenger Space Shuttle launch only to become mixed up in the lives of some local students.

Hollywood Records removed Hilary's latest album, "The Best Of" from iTunes on November 11th, the day of release. Making "Reach Out" and "Holiday" ineligible to debut on Billboard's Hot 100. The album has just returned on December 18th, with both songs available to purchase separately. The problem being, that the song and any hype that Hilary had garnered for it, had passed.
In order to give Hilary, her 6th charting single on the Hot 100, Hilary fans must unite to download the track on January 6th.
